Services Provided

Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC ("Minnesota GK Film Analysis & Training," "Minnesota GK," "we," "us," or "our") provides goalkeeper film analysis, on-field training, development feedback, highlight reel creation, and optional Zoom coaching sessions. Our services are designed to provide guidance, analysis and actionable insights to help goalkeepers improve their performance.

Payment & Booking

All services must be paid in full prior to the delivery of analysis or scheduling of Zoom sessions.

All on-field training sessions must also be paid in full prior to booking and participation.

Payment can be made via accepted methods listed on our website (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other platforms).

Please note that all refunds are subject to payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. Any approved refund will be issued for the original purchase amount minus any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Minnesota GK Film Analytics.

Zoom Session Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.

Cancellations between 24–72 hours: Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Rescheduling: Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request based on availability.

Zoom sessions typically last 30–60 minutes depending on the selected package and game length.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom at the scheduled time.

Analysis & Reports

Analysis reports, highlight reels, and coaching sessions are provided for developmental and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, recruitment opportunities, or performance improvements.

All feedback and recommendations are based on the footage provided and may not reflect all aspects of a player’s performance.

Implementation of any feedback or recommendations is at the sole discretion and risk of the player.

Our analysis represents professional opinion based on the information available at the time of review.

Training Session Cancellation Policy

Training sessions may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting Minnesota GK Film Analytics as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Minnesota GK Film Analytics reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, facility availability, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule their session.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in training, matches, or implementation of our feedback is at the player’s own risk.

Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC ("Minnesota GK Film Analysis & Training," "Minnesota GK," "we," "us, or "our") is not responsible for any injuries, damages, outcomes, or results arising from the use of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on our feedback and recommendations.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC ("Minnesota GK Film Analysis & Training," "Minnesota GK," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to analysis reports, goal setting sheets, highlight reels, coaching materials, and video edits, are protected intellectual property and remain the exclusive property of Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal development and recruiting purposes only.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC.

We reserve the right to use anonymized clips or materials for educational or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Turnaround Time

Analysis reports are typically delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving complete and accessible footage.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, scheduling, and the complexity of the analysis.

Delays may occur if submitted footage is incomplete, inaccessible, or requires clarification.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and accessible video links for analysis.

All submitted footage must be clear, complete, and playable. Minnesota GK Film Analytics LLC is not responsible for delays or limitations in analysis resulting from incomplete, low-quality, or inaccessible footage.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology, including a stable internet connection and access to Zoom, for scheduled sessions.

Clients are also responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and communicating any scheduling conflicts in advance.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, reduced quality of analysis, or forfeiture of services without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Rights to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
